ADERANS BUYS BOSLEY FOR $45 MILLION
TOKYO, - Aderans, a leading hair systems manufacturer and service provider acquired the world's largest hair transplantation practice. Chairman of the Board and President, Takayoshi Okamoto, concluded a buyout contract of all shares of The Bosley Medical Institute, Inc. based in Beverly Hills, California, on July 26 for US$ 45 million (approx. 5.6 billion yen). Dr. Bosley was quoted as saying, "I will continue to be involved in the training of newly affiliated and existing MD's and will continue in my role." |
